DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT

This division, which reports to Director, provides support service to the department. It comprises of a Training Unit that falls under the direct supervision of the Director and is responsible for staff training. The Department Management Division also assists in the Management and administration of the entire department by way of the following:

ADMINISTRATION SECTION

The Administration Section is made up of personnel, accounts and transport units. The Accounts and Transport units provide various services such as co-ordination of the financial manpower budget and transport management respectively. The Personnel Unit, on the other hand, is responsible for rules and regulations governing employees.

SUPPLIES SECTION

This section is responsible for the management and custody of material resources utilised within the department. The supplies personnel are seconded for the Department of Supply under the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning.
